Privacy.

Short, plain, and reviewed when it needs to be.

This page explains what happens to your information when you visit aoth.media or write to us. It is short because the studio is small and the operation is uncomplicated, and because a privacy policy that nobody finishes reading protects no one.

Who we are

All of the Humans Media is a trading name of All of the Humans Limited, a private limited company registered in England (Company No. 15977511), based in Gloucestershire. You can reach us at hello@aothmedia.com.

What we collect when you visit the site

The site is static. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts. Your browser will cache web fonts from Google Fonts, which is a standard CDN request. We do not place cookies on the device you use to read this page.

What we collect when you write to us

If you send an email to hello@aothmedia.com, we receive your email address, your name if you included one, and whatever you wrote in the message. This information is stored in our mail provider's servers and is used only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.

How long we keep it

Email correspondence is retained for as long as is useful to the relationship, and for up to seven years after the last exchange for accounting and contractual purposes. You can ask us at any time to delete your information, and unless we are required to keep it by law, we will.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us run the studio (such as our email host) and only for the purpose of running the studio. We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA except through processors that offer equivalent protection.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we have handled it poorly. You can reach the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this statement, we will update the date below. Material changes that affect you will be communicated directly.
