Advisory

Senior technical leadership, sold as fixed outcomes.

Transformation strategy, enterprise and solution architecture, AI enablement, technical audit and discovery, programme leadership, operating model and team health. For organisations where a wrong technology decision costs more than money.

The offers

Six offers. Four stages. Prices published.

Every offer sits in one stage of the method, so there is always a smaller first step and always an obvious next one. Entry prices are on the page because you should not need a call to find out whether we fit your budget.

The method

Assess, Architect, Deliver, Steward.

One way of working across every engagement. Start where the evidence says you should, not where a supplier would like you to.

Framework / Regulated organisations

Governed AI adoption in four questions.

Before any AI system touches your work, someone senior should be able to answer these four questions in writing. If they cannot, that is where we start.

  1. What data does it touch?Which records, whose records, and where they go once the model has seen them.
  2. Who is accountable for its output?A named person, not a team or a supplier, who answers for what it produces.
  3. How would you prove to an auditor what it did?The logs, versions and decisions you could put in front of a regulator tomorrow.
  4. How do you switch it off?Who can stop it, how quickly, and what the work falls back to when they do.
Workshops and briefings

A smaller first step.

For leadership teams that need a shared view before they commit to an Assess engagement.

How we price

Fixed outcomes, not day rates.

01

We price the outcome.

Every offer has a written scope and a fixed price. We do not sell hours and we do not publish a day rate, so the conversation stays on what the work is worth to you.

02

Entry prices are published. Larger work is scoped.

Assess offers and the Steward floor carry a visible price. Programmes and audits whose size depends on your estate are scoped in writing after a short call.

03

Too much? Take a smaller step.

The answer is a smaller first step, not the same work for less. Assess exists so that there is always one.

04

Assess is credited.

Assess fees are credited against the first Deliver phase if you continue within 90 days, so you never pay twice for the same understanding.

05

Nonprofit pricing.

Registered charities and other not-for-profit organisations get custom reduced pricing. Ask when you get in touch.

06

Plain terms.

50% at signature, 25% at midpoint, 25% on delivery. Retainers monthly in advance, three-month minimum. Prices in GBP, plus VAT where applicable. US dollar figures are indicative.

Let's get to work

Tell us the decision you are facing.

Two sentences is enough: who you are, and what you need to decide. Ben will reply with a short call slot and, where it helps, a written scope.
