Real work, described as it happened.
Case studies are published only with the client’s agreement, and describe the work delivered rather than the client’s problems. More will follow as engagements finish.
Thirty years of operations, finally written down.
Christian Education supports Christian schools and home-educating families across the UK and Europe, and has done for thirty years. Fourteen people run a curriculum, a qualification, an annual convention, a summer camp and a shop, across a software estate that had grown a layer at a time since the nineties.
We were brought in on the Momentum tier for six months, with a brief that ran from brand and content to the plumbing. The first job was not to change anything. It was to map what was actually there: every system, every automation, every place data entered or left the organisation, and to freeze a written baseline so that future change could be measured rather than argued about.
From that map came the work: a consent and data-protection system with a central register, a shop migration with the finance sync rebuilt so the accounts stay the single source of truth, legacy automations formally retired rather than quietly abandoned, and a social presence restarted across three channels with the client approving every batch before it goes out. Alongside it, a library of AI process templates so the team can do the next round of this themselves.
Everything lands as documentation the organisation keeps. An automation register, an operating guide, a written report each month, and a final handover that does not depend on us being in the room.

Two sentences is plenty to start with: who you are, and what is not working. You will get a reply from Sophie or Ben, not a form response.
