About

A small firm for decisions that matter.

AOTH.Media is the strategy, architecture and AI enablement practice of All of the Humans Limited. Two people lead every engagement, with vetted specialists brought in where the work needs them.

Method

Assess, Architect, Deliver, Steward.

Every offer sits in one of four stages, so the work reads as a single way of working rather than a list of services, and every client has an obvious next step. Each stage ends in something written that you keep.

Values

How we hold ourselves to account.

01

Every month should leave you with more free time.

If a deliverable adds to your workload, we built it wrong. We measure our own work by what comes off your plate, not by what appears on ours.

02

You own everything, in writing.

Registers, operating guides, credentials, documentation. No dependency on us, no dashboard you have to learn, nothing that stops working the month after we do.

03

We report what happened, not what we hope happened.

Baselines get frozen before work starts. If a number is not measured yet, we say so. If something did not work, that goes in the monthly report too.

04

Fixed outcomes, not hours.

Every engagement has a written scope and a price. If it is more than you can commit to, the answer is a smaller first step, not the same work for less.

05

We take on very few clients.

A small firm, long relationships, and the attention that comes with both.

People

Small, deliberate, built for the long view.

Founder & Managing Director

Sophie Cundy

Client relationships, creative direction and Studio

Sophie founded the studio after more than a decade of professional photography across Dallas and, more recently, the Cotswolds. Her instinct is documentary: attentive to the in-between moments that do not stage well but tend to be the ones people remember.

She owns the client relationship on every engagement, leads the Studio, and sets the standard the work is held to.

Enterprise Strategy Architect

Ben Cundy

Advisory: architecture, AI enablement and transformation

Ben is an enterprise and identity architect who has designed and led technology change at Fortune 100 scale, in the US and the UK. His background is in aviation and in legal and professional services, sectors where a wrong decision is audited, not just regretted.

His specialisms are identity and access management and AI enablement: helping organisations adopt AI with governance they can defend. He has delivered at scale within SAFe and held director-level commercial leadership, so he is as comfortable with the board’s budget question as with the architecture underneath it. He leads Advisory engagements personally.

Advisory

Strategy, architecture, AI enablement and programme leadership, led by Ben.

Studio

Websites, digital estates, content and creative direction, led by Sophie.

Delivery network

Vetted specialists for platform and portal engineering, scoped and managed by us so you hold one relationship, not several.

Let's get to work

Tell us what you are trying to change.

Two sentences is plenty to start with: who you are, and what is not working. You will get a reply from Sophie or Ben, not a form response.
