AI Readiness and Architecture Review.

AI is already in your organisation, through suppliers, staff and pilots. The question is whether you can say what it touches, who answers for it, and whether the architecture underneath can carry what comes next.

Who it is for

Leadership teams in regulated and high-reliability organisations who are being asked to adopt AI, or already have, and need an independent view before the next commitment.

It suits organisations without a chief architect or CTO, and those whose technical leaders want a second opinion they can take to the board or the regulator.

Mission-led organisations holding sensitive beneficiary, donor or pastoral data use it for the same reason.

What you get

  • Current-state map of systems, data and integrations, as they actually are
  • Risk register, ranked, with an owner for each risk
  • Target architecture the organisation can defend
  • AI use cases ranked by value and risk, so the first one is the right one
  • Phased roadmap with costs, ready for a budget conversation
Framework / Regulated organisations

Governed AI adoption in four questions.

Before any AI system touches your work, someone senior should be able to answer these four questions in writing. If they cannot, that is where we start.

  1. What data does it touch?Which records, whose records, and where they go once the model has seen them.
  2. Who is accountable for its output?A named person, not a team or a supplier, who answers for what it produces.
  3. How would you prove to an auditor what it did?The logs, versions and decisions you could put in front of a regulator tomorrow.
  4. How do you switch it off?Who can stop it, how quickly, and what the work falls back to when they do.
