Digital Estate and Security Audit.

Domains, accounts and systems grow over years, set up by people who have since moved on. The audit finds out who holds the keys today, what would happen if they left, and which gaps an attacker would find first.

Who it is for

Churches, charities, schools and smaller regulated firms whose estate grew a piece at a time, often with volunteers or a single staff member holding the keys.

Any organisation after a near miss: a spoofed email, a locked account, a domain that almost lapsed, a payment that nearly went to the wrong place.

Boards and trustees who want to know, in writing, that the organisation owns what it depends on.

What you get

  • Every domain, account, system and integration mapped, with who owns it today
  • Ownership and recovery gaps named, including single points of failure in people
  • Fixes ranked by severity, with plain-English reasoning for each
  • The quick ones done during the audit, not left on a list
Framework / Mission-led and nonprofit organisations

Who holds the keys?

Most of the risk in a church or charity estate is not technical. It is about people: who set things up, who can get back in, and what happens when they move on.

  1. Ownership.Every domain, account and system registered to the organisation, not to a person.
  2. Recovery.A tested way back in when a password, a phone or an inbox is lost.
  3. Continuity.Renewals, payments and suppliers that keep running when someone is away.
  4. The volunteer who leaves. What they hold today, written down, so their goodbye is not an outage.
Price and terms

A fixed outcome, not a day rate.

Scoped to the size of the estate after a short call, and fixed before work starts. Assess fees are credited against the first Deliver phase if you continue within 90 days.

50% at signature, 25% at midpoint, 25% on delivery. Retainers monthly in advance, three-month minimum. If the price is more than you can commit to, the answer is a smaller first step, not the same work for less. Prices in GBP, plus VAT where applicable; US dollar figures are indicative.
